After suffering four bereavements and after having 8 one to one sessions with Julie, this workshop was just what I needed. Julie’s ethos of being present and living in the moment was so helpful. I also enjoyed the creative exercises, and connecting with others in the group.

Yes, being creative and writing my feelings helps clear my mind and keep me present.
What have you learn’t about yourself after taking part in the workshop?
That I can speak in front of others fairly confidently (something I would have struggled with previously) and that my experiences of bereavement and my new self awareness, could help others.
Is there anything else good or bad you would like to say about my service?
Julie is such a compassionate person. Although, I was very fragile, I felt instantly safe with her and the group. I think that is very important for anxious people. Thank you.
